
Kathryn Bringloe
Kathryn has been working with Louisa for four years. Kathryn specialises in Classical Singing, particularly in younger singers. She teaches private one-to-one lessons as well as teaching as a peripatetic voice teacher at St Peter’s Preparatory School, Lympstone, St James’ School Exeter and Newton Abbot College.
Kathryn qualified as a Vocal Health First Aider in March 2021 with Vocal Health Education.
From a young age Exeter based soprano Kathryn Bringloe has been in love with the arts, performing in small community shows and later joining the Highcliffe Junior Choir, where she found her love for classical music.
With a passion for acting, Kathryn studied at Bournemouth University completing her FDA Ba Hons in Contemporary Theatre and then to Newcastle College University to complete her Top-up year in Contemporary Theatre. Katy holds her Grade 8 in Singing from ABRSM and has also trained with the National Opera Studios summer course.
Since moving to Devon from Bournemouth in 2015, Kathryn has continued her training as a classical soprano, taking part in the Devon Performing Arts Festival (Soprano Open, awarded with Distinction 2017) (Light Opera 1st Place and Opera category 2nd Place in 2020).
Kathryn regularly performs in recitals including recently at Southernhay United Reform Church, Exwick St Ander’s Church, and the Midsummer Sopranos Concert at Torbryan Church.
